Wisdom gained through years of working with all sorts of people from diversity of backgrounds – public & private companies, public sector, statutory authorities, government enterprises, partnerships, and not-for-profit organisations;

Sound techniques and processes as facilitator, negotiator, mediator, conciliator and arbitrator;

Experience in dealing with multi-party disputes;

Used to working in environments of conflict and antagonism;

Strong technical background (engineering, behavioural science and operations research);

Familiarity with workplace relations legislation & processes – including “Work Choices”.
